  • Which documents are necessary for the check-in? From September 1st, 2021, all guests, including infants and children, are obligated to have valid identification that contains a photograph of the person for check-in, according to national law. The identification can be an ID card, driving license, password. At the reception, the staff digitally checks the identification. The data can be stored in the VIZA system for up to two years. Without identification, the staying is denied.
  • The room price includes accommodation, breakfast, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, towels prepared, wifi, parking, VAT.
  • The room price does not include tourism tax: 500 HUF per person per night.
  • Arrival: from 3 pm (early arrival is possible depending on occupation 4000 HUF per room)
  • Departure: until 10 am (late departure is possible depending on occupation 4000HUF per room)
  • Child prices:
  • 0-2,99 years (staying in the parent’s room): free of charge
  • 3-11,99 years (staying in the parent’s room): depending on the occupation, 6000 HUF
  • over 12 years: total price
  • Adult spare bed: depending on the occupation, 8000 HUF
  • Pets: after a previous arrangement, 2500 HUF per pet per night
  • Reservation:  we require a written room reservation which is always followed by a written confirmation from us
  • Deposit: we require 50% of the price in advance
  • Cancel/modification: only possible in writing. Apart from 30 days: free of charge, between 15-30 days: 50%, within 14 days or for not arriving: total price.
  • Payment on the spot: we can accept the payment in cash, by card, or OTP, MKB, K&H SZÉP card.
  • WIFI: the pension provides WIFI in the whole area free of charge.
